From numbers to a place to start

Know who to coach. Know where to start.

Start with a callback review.

  1. Review the three return visits together.
  2. Look for a pattern in diagnosis or job completion.
  3. Agree on one checklist to use, then review the next reporting period.

There’s a lot on your plate

Your reports should help you lead.

When the schedule is full and the phone keeps ringing, finding time to make sense of the numbers is hard. SMM helps you find a useful starting point for the work that comes next.

01 / YOUR TIME

Get to the conversation.

Bring technician results into one view so you can focus your attention on the people behind the numbers.

02 / YOUR SERVICE

Keep quality in view.

Look at callbacks alongside revenue and ticket averages. Give service quality a place in your performance review.

03 / YOUR TEAM

Coach with a clear purpose.

Use a specific performance gap to guide the next conversation, agree on an action, and follow up.

I’ve sat in your chair

Built by a service manager, not a software company.

I’m Scott Schweitzer. I started in HVAC in 2005 and worked my way through field service, training, supervision, and service management. I know how much a manager carries—and how much time can disappear into reports before the real coaching begins.

I built SMM to help you understand your numbers, support your technicians, and follow through on the work that matters. Whether you use the software yourself or work with me directly, that’s the help I’m here to offer.

A few things you may be wondering

Let’s make the decision easier.

Will I have to replace my current service software?

No. Keep it. SMM uses the technician results and reports you already have. Professional and Business accept pasted tables, CSV, and one-sheet XLSX files; Starter uses manual entry.

Can I see SMM before requesting a trial?

Yes. Try the interactive demo with fictional technician data. No signup is needed. You can explore a sample report and coaching workflow before deciding whether to request a trial.

What is different between Professional and Business?

The feature set is the same. Professional supports up to 15 technicians; Business supports up to 30. Both include report imports and Coaching Action Plans.

Do I need software to work with Scott?

You can work with Scott using reports from your existing system. No software subscription is bundled with the published service prices. Purchase software separately if you want SMM dashboard access. Discuss any existing monthly reporting subscription with Scott before adding consulting.

When does my software trial start?

After Scott reviews your request and arranges guided setup, you receive access and confirmed trial dates. The form collects no card details and does not start a paid subscription. Payment requires a separate checkout if you decide to continue.

How do I cancel?

Email Schweitzer@servicemanagermetrics.com from your account email before renewal to stop future charges. Paid service charges are non-refundable except as described in the subscription terms.
